Terms and Conditions

The Help Me Build and Renovate Site is for informational purposes only.  The site relies on the experience of

site visitors and the expertise of  businesses in the construction and related industries for much of its

content.  The site owners try to ensure the content of the site is correct at all times but cannot guarantee this

accuracy.

The site contains banner adverts and webpages devoted to local businesses.  The information contained on

banner ads, company's webpages and any statements made are for guidance purposes only and are

influenced by the individual company.  The views expressed are not that of the site or the site owners and

should not be taken as a representation of the facts.   It is the responsibility of the site viewer to decide if the

listed company is suited to his/her needs.

The site links to other business websites and whilst the site owners do their best to ensure the

authenticity of other sites, it cannot be responsible for these sites' content.  Please contact the individual

site if you have concerns about its content. 

The forum on the site is intended as a tool for site viewers to share their self build and renovating

experiences and problems with other site viewers.  Advertisers may participate in forum discussions but

should not at any time use the forums to promote their own product/service/business or to defame

other products/services/businesses.  Forum users should be respectful to other users at all times.  The

use of inappropriate language is prohibited and will result in suspension from the forum.  The site and

site owners reserve the right to ban or suspend accounts at any time and to delete postings or topics

that the administrators deem as inappropriate. 

Copying, reproducing, distributing, modifying or displaying any portion of the sites content is strictly

prohibited other than a single copy for private, educational or domestic use.

All advertisers are expected to respect other advertisers and comply with Irish Advertising law.  Adult sites are

not eligible to advertise on this site and defamatory, obscene or offensive content is prohibited. 

The site and the site owners reserve the right to refuse, withdraw or cancel advertisements at their own

discretion. 

Advertisers details are intended for the general public who are building, extending or renovating their own

house.  It is strictly prohibited to use advertisers details for any other purpose such as but not limited to

direct marketing or SPAM mailings.

Listings or adverts will not be placed on the site until all of the information and the subscription fee

has been received in full.  Once this has been received, work will commence on your listing and will be posted

on the site at the first opportunity.  Advertisements will remain on the website until the date stated on the order

confirmation and will be removed after this date unless the annual subscription fee is renewed.  If you wish to

have your advert removed at any time you may do so by contacting us.

 Your subscription fee is non refundable.

The site reserves the right to make any changes deemed necessary to content that is submitted to the site

such as typographical, grammatical or general errors.

As a site viewer you are agreeing to these terms and conditions when you browse through the site.  Please

leave the site now if you do not agree with the terms and conditions detailed in this document. 

As a site advertiser you are bound to these terms and conditions when you subscribe for a listing or banner

advert on the site or if you submit any content to the site for publishing.

The terms and conditions laid out in this document will be governed and construed in accordance with

the laws of Ireland and any disputes will be settled in the Irish courts.
